Year 5 Information Evenings

Pupils and their parents/carers are warmly invited to join us at 6.00pm, in the Da Vinci, space for an introduction to what makes Denefield the excellent school it is today, and how we nurture and develop the children who arrive with us in Year 7 into young adults who leave in Year 11 or Year 13.

Information will be shared by both students and staff about our subjects, teaching, facilities and pastoral care - all of which give our young people 'success for life'. Our transition and induction process will be explained, which will ensure that when students arrive with us in Year 7, they are happy and confident in their new school.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentations, and we aim for the evening to end by 7.00pm.

Previous parents/carers have said that they found this a useful opportunity to find out more about Denefield prior to visiting the school for one of our daytime tours in June, or our Open Evening in September.

There is no need to book; we hope you can join us.

Tuesday 7 May - for Year 5 pupils currently at Downsway, Long Lane, Purley and Westwood Farm.

Tuesday 14 May - for Year 5 pupils currently at any other school.
