Comic Relief Red Nose Day Fundraising

This year, National Red Nose Day is on Friday 21 March, which Denefield will support through hosting a non-uniform day. The suggested minimum contribution for the privilege of students not wearing their school uniform is £2.00.

Students choosing to wear their own clothes must ensure they wear appropriate clothing for their active/practical timetabled subjects such as food technology, design technology, drama and science by not wearing shoes/clothing that would be deemed inappropriate for school. This includes no ripped jeans or other clothing with rips in, no crop or low-cut tops, and no off-the-shoulder tops.

Despite being allowed to wear non-uniform, students should be reminded that it is a normal working day, and they should treat it as such - bringing to school all their essential equipment as usual.

All donations will need to be made online by 3.00pm on Thursday 20 March 2025, using the link below.

Donate Now

When making payments please enter:

  • Your child/children's first name(s)
  • Their year group.

Of course, if students choose not to join this fundraising activity, it is expected that they will wear their normal school uniform. For any queries or concerns, please email your child's tutor.

We know it is important for parents/carers to know who to reach out to, for their queries. For subject-related questions, please contact your child’s subject teacher. For any other concerns, their tutor should be your first point of contact. If further support is needed, the Head of Faculty (for subject concerns) or Head of House (for pastoral matters) will be happy to help. Click the button below for staff contact details.
