ASDAN Champion
We are so proud to celebrate our ASDAN Champion! Erin-Rose was selected from students across the entire country studying ASDAN, making this a truly outstanding national achievement.
Erin-Rose created an illustrated short story, which she read to nursery children as part of her Communication module – successfully engaging her audience (no small task when your audience is a room full of 3–4 year olds!).
Her positive attitude and determination have not gone unnoticed, and she has set a fantastic example to others.
Well done – a truly well-deserved success!

Year 5 Information Evening
Over the last two weeks, we were delighted to welcome Year 5 pupils and their families to our Information Evenings. These events provided a great opportunity for visitors to hear from our students and staff, while learning more about life at Denefield.
We hope all who attended gained a clear sense of what makes Denefield such a supportive and ambitious school community. Thank you for coming along and taking the time to explore what we have to offer. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Sir David Attenborough's 100th Birthday
Last week, Sir David Attenborough turned 100 and Denefield celebrated his birthday in style.
To mark this incredible milestone, our four Houses took on the DA @ 100 Inter-House Competition: a celebration of the conservation work and environmental awareness Sir David has championed throughout his life.
Students chose an endangered species, habitat, or ecosystem, then transformed their classroom doors into eye-catching, informative displays using recycled and natural materials wherever possible, in true Attenborough spirit.
These are just a few of many wonderful displays. We will reveal and share them all in our end of term newsletter, along with the winners.
