General Data Protection Regulations
You may be aware that the rules around data protection are changing from 25 May 2018. The 'General Data Protection Regulation' (GDPR) will change how we can use your personal data and keep it safe, and will also strengthen your rights over your own data.
The changes will ensure that sensitive or private information about you and your child stays safe. Whilst it is similar to the current Data Protection Act in many ways, there are a few differences, so we have taken action to change our processes in order to ensure we remain compliant.
We have updated our privacy notices in line with GDPR recommendations and copies of both the parent/carer and student notices can be found by following the links below:

If you have any questions about how the GDPR affects you or your child you can contact Mr Hamilton on DPO@denefield.org.uk.
