Some parents/carers have experienced problems with the delivery of emails. Those that are affected have had emails blocked as spam, redirected to their junk mail, or delayed whilst the email provider checks the email domain.
PS Engage, our communication provider, have advised that the problem is largely effecting those using BT, Yahoo and Sky. If you are experiencing problems, and think you may have missed communications from us, please contact reception and we will be able to check for you.
To help solve the problem you should add @PS-Connect.cloud to your ‘safe senders’ list within your email account.
