Welcome to Kentwood House
Kentwood House is named after Kentwood Manor, one of four 15th Century manors that were joined to become Tilehurst parish in 1832.
Students in Kentwood House have a history of having the best attendance in school; we are proud to be owners of the attendance cup for five years consecutively and Kentwood students are expected to uphold this excellent attendance. In addition, students are expected to demonstrate they are part of a whole school community by exhibiting the CHARACTER values, aiming to excel and engaging in a range of extra-curricular activities.
Students work hard to organise a variety on fundraising activities organising Autumn Fayres, Christmas Markets and weekly collections to raise money for house charities.

Alongside being a student ambassador, Kentwood students can become involved in house sports teams, and they have the opportunity to represent the house as a house council member arranging a multitude of fundraising initiatives. Students are invited to take part of a whole host of extra-curricular activities, school productions and sports teams in which they can not only represent the school, but be an ambassador for Kentwood leading the house to success.
