Salary: APT & C scale D, £18,795 – £20,334 (actual salary £10,862 – £11,752)

Denefield School is seeking to appoint a School Receptionist/Administrator on a permanent, part-time basis to join our friendly and supportive team of administrators.
Our receptionists provide a first-class front of house experience, welcoming all visitors and callers to the school in a friendly and professional manner. In addition they work proactively with the administration team, providing support to colleagues.
First and foremost, you must be an excellent communicator, with experience of providing a responsive, customer-focussed service on the telephone and face to face. You will be able to develop and maintain good relationships with a wide range of people. Strong organisational skills are essential. Previous experience in a school environment is beneficial but is not a necessity.
The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to fulfil all aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English, and be committed to making a positive contribution to the achievement of the school’s aims and CHARACTER values.
Staff who opt into the Local Government Pension Scheme will receive a generous employer contribution, currently set at 19.6% of salary.
