The School Council is a group of elected students from all year groups that represent the voice of their peers. The Council wants to help the students make a difference to the school and change it for the better. The School Council is the stepping stone between students and the school Senior Leadership team, so we are a major voice to those who want to bring about change.
“When one person expresses their own opinion, it rarely changes anything. If a thousand students each express a different point of view it is impossible to listen to them all – so nothing changes! But if all the students speak with one voice, they give a clear message that everyone listens to, so change is possible.”
